Don't call your insurance company cold. Let us inspect first so the claim includes complete documentation from day one. Incomplete initial filings lead to underpayment. We file it right the first time.
Adjuster Meeting
Calhan Roofing & Maintenance sends an inspector to every adjuster meeting. We make sure nothing gets overlooked and that the scope of work covers all damage, not just the most visible areas. If the estimate comes in low, we supplement.
Storm Restoration
We handle the work and coordinate final inspection with your carrier if required. After completion, you get before-and-after documentation and your warranty paperwork. The entire process, from storm to finished roof, managed by Calhan Roofing & Maintenance.
